Delete Account & Data
Manage your Posture 12 account and data
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data or your entire account using the options below. Both options are also available directly within the Posture 12 app.
Option 1: Delete My Data
This will permanently delete all of your personal data, including:
- Chat conversations with the AI coach
- Pain and symptom tracking history
- Exercise completion records and feedback
- Custom workout routines
- 84-day journey progress
- Body map analytics
Your account and active subscription will remain intact, so you can continue using Posture 12 with a fresh start.
To delete your data, open the Posture 12 app, go to your account settings, and select "Delete My Data." Alternatively, email us at support@posture12.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: Delete My Account
This will permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, including:
- Everything listed above (all personal data)
- Your user profile and email
- Your subscription (will be canceled immediately)
- Your authentication credentials
To delete your account, open the Posture 12 app, go to your account settings, and select "Delete Account." Alternatively, email us at support@posture12.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
What Happens After Deletion
- Data deletion: All personal data listed above is permanently removed from our servers. Your account remains active with a clean slate.
- Account deletion: Your account, all data, and any active subscription are permanently removed. You will be logged out of all devices.
- Subscriptions: If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, please also cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings to prevent future charges.
- Retention: Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained to improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
