1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Posture 12 ("the Service"), including the website at posture12.com, the application at app.posture12.com, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

POSTURE 12 IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. THE CREATOR OF POSTURE 12 IS NOT A LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, PHYSICAL THERAPIST, DOCTOR, OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.

The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition. The exercises, routines, and AI-generated content provided through the Service are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must consult with a licensed healthcare professional — such as a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified medical provider — before starting any exercise program, including Posture 12. This is especially important if you have existing injuries, chronic pain conditions, neurological symptoms, or any other health concerns.

The AI assistant within Posture 12 generates responses using artificial intelligence. While it draws from general wellness and exercise information, it is not a licensed professional and its suggestions should not be treated as medical advice. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.

If you experience sharp pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or any other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Posture 12.

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, and aggravation of existing conditions. By using Posture 12, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with performing any exercises or following any routines provided through the Service. You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise is appropriate for your physical condition.

4. Account & Subscription

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $9.99/month with a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the AI assistant to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or unrelated to the Service's purpose
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the 12-week program, exercise descriptions, AI prompts, branding, and software, is owned by Posture 12 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTURE 12 AND ITS CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
